Training

Public Sessions

  

The public sessions last more than 90 minutes (no need to be there for 90 mins). Starts with stretches and gentle exercises for people of all fitness levels, then moves to medium levels, then to more vigorous at the conclusion of 90 minutes. This allows you to pick and participate in at the degree of fitness that fits you best, and then quit when you've attained your own personal objective or remain on to achieve it. A completely adaptable strategy. You are not required to follow the program's guidelines. You select the appropriate programme level for you by entering or quitting when it is appropriate for you. To join us, just come along. No appointment is needed. 


Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday  

6:30am-8am    4:30pm-6pm 

Private Sessions

The private programmes are designed to provide you with one-on-one personal training at any level that matches your needs. From the most inexperienced to the most accomplished athlete. The programmes are carefully intended to allow ladies and men to join a fitness programme that is tailored to their needs in a private setting.

Group/Family Sessions

Alex will work with up to three members of your family or a group of friends in a group or family session to help you accomplish your fitness objectives. Beginner to intermediate athletes can benefit from these workouts.

Advanced Sessions

There is also Advanced Session available by specific arrangement, where Alex is able to take advanced male or female athletes to the next level.
